Associate Consultant/Consultant/Manager - Technology Due Diligence - M&A

- Resources who have a range of consulting and technical backgrounds, with demonstrated experience performing analysis and leading projects in two or more of the following disciplines:

- Technology in M&A buy & sell-side due diligence, integration, separation design, planning and execution.

- Technology Governance and Operations: financials, sourcing, vendor management, contracts.

- Architecture (enterprise, solution)

- Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)

- Strategy (including data) development

- Operating model design and implementation

- IT service management

- Recent technology in deals experience particularly in FS and / or incorporating modernization of tech stack and cloud migrations a bonus Technology in M&A

- Buy & Sell-Side Technology Due Diligence, Analysis and Reporting

- Technology Integration and Separation design, planning and implementation

- Management of technology operations transaction for mergers, acquisitions & divestitures

- Management of Technology due-diligence activities buy and sell-side, sign to close and post close phases

Technology Governance and Operations :

- Working knowledge of financial management processes and tools (P&L, budgets, forecasts etc.)

- Sourcing, procurement practice with respect to technology suppliers. Identification of key issues and focus areas for deeper analysis.

- Interpretation of technology supplier contracts in particular key clauses that will require deeper analysis in the context of mergers, acquisitions & divestitures Architecture (Enterprise, Solution)

- Enterprise architecture likely founded from system design, application or solution architecture, integration or data architecture.

- Experiences in Portfolio assessment, application rationalization, IT delivery project support including running technology project governance (design authorities), development of business cases.

- Background in cloud architecture or engineering, including certifications in AWS, Azure Sectors (less relevant)
