Job Summary

Recruitment :

- Scheduling and conducting interviews of shortlisted candidates.

- Communication & coordination with recruitment consultants.

- Managing the Employee Referral Program.

- Managing the Database Management (MIS) for each candidate from shortlisting to final joining.

Onboarding :

- Induction and orientation program of new employ Onboarding:

- Induction and orientation program for new employees.

- Completing all joining formalities.

HR Operations :

- Preparation of HR Letters

- Employee engagement

- Employee background verification

Qualifications

- Graduation or post-graduation

Essential

- 6-8 years of experience in HR.

- Good communication skill

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Experience in handling travel/visa
