Associate Consultant/Consultant(Financial Modelling,Valuation,M&A)_hiring for Big 4 Management consulting firm

- Responsible for the analysis of financials, generating and analyzing of research information, preparation of company profiles and proposal supporting documents

- Proficiency with relative valuations and market multiples

- Perform company and industry research

- Good working knowledge of Intrinsic valuations (creating and reviewing DCF models)

- Perform detailed reviews of Excel financial models under supervision, arrive at preliminary conclusions and prepares a report of findings in a standardized format (client-deliverable standard)

- Review and comment on revised models received from clients to verify whether review comments have been acted upon

- Develop advanced skills in Excel and use model auditing tools.

- Amend models developed by staff or by third parties

- Carry out analysis of the outputs of models

- Develop models (incl. integrated P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet models) from scratch
