Job Description:

- WhizRx (whizrx.com) is creating a revolution in Pharma Market Research with our product, ZoomRx (zoomrxresearch.com).

- With the demand for ZoomRx taking off, we are looking for an ‘Associate Consultant - Research Operations’ (AC) to ensure ultra smooth execution of our Market Research operations.

The following would be your role and responsibilities if you were to come in as AC within the Research Operations team at WhizRx, Chennai.

Role:

- Your role will be two-fold. First, you will build and manage a community of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) who will participate in ZoomRx Market Research.

- Second, you will ensure clockwork-like execution of all ZoomRx projects by coordinating various aspects of the project.

- Both these roles require you to be immensely creative, extremely responsible and meticulous about meeting goals in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

- ZoomRx HCP Panel Building

- A large & engaged HCP community is a pillar on which ZoomRx’s success will be built. One of your main responsibilities is to Build & Manage this community of HCPs in US and soon in Europe.

To do so, you need to:

- Run marketing campaigns to attract HCPs to register with ZoomRx

- You will ultimately be responsible for building a large HCP community

- Work with upper management to identify ways to engage the HCP community

- You will be responsible for making sure that the large community stays large and happy

ZoomRx Research Operations:

- As ZoomRx grows, you will pull together various work streams to ensure ultra-smooth execution of the various projects.

You will:

- Understand the scope of the research project

- Plan and set-up the research

- Be responsible for the research metrics/goals

- Ensure high quality experience both for our end-client and our HCP community

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst at an IT company

- MBA and strong academic credentials; Bachelors in engineering, business, economics or other quantitative disciplines

- Proficiency in common business software tools; proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is required

- Knowledge of databases (mySQL), web-technology and mobile-technology a plus

- Strong attention to detail and high standard of quality
