Level Associate Consultant

Job summary

- Assist clients (US funds) to meet their regulatory reporting obligations with respect to Accounting and Tax.

- Compile reconciled trial balance and subsequent set of Financial Statements per the applicable accounting requirements e.g. IFRS, US GAAP, Luxembourg GAAP etc.

- Understanding and review of financial statements

- Taxable Income calculations for the purpose of distributions throughout the year and the preparation of the Annual Tax Return

- Review work done by juniors

Qualifications Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA

Experience 0 to 2 years post qualification

Skills required - Advanced of accounting (knowledge of balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement)

- Knowledge and experience in preparation of financial statements

- Working knowledge of MS Excel (practical knowledge of MS Excel formulae)

- Working knowledge of MS Word

- Should have a 'can do' attitude

- Should have good communication and email writing skills as this work would involve discussion with overseas offices of clients

Special conditions Willingness to work in shifts

- 6am (pick up facility available) to 3pm or

- 3:30pm to 12:00pm (drop facility available)

The pick up and drop facility are from any location in Mumbai and Thane Candidate should reside within this coverage
