The platform prioritizes transparency, provides comprehensive information about investments, and focuses on enhancing users' financial literacy. They have distributed bonds worth INR 1500 Crs in the last 2 years via our 55,000 active investors on the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare notices, agendas, and papers for board meetings, committees, and general meetings and arrange for the meetings.

2. Prepare minutes and follow up on action points suggested by Board/ Committee members in the meetings.

3. Responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.

4. Drafting of regulatory policies, and charters as applicable to the company, from time to time.

5. Tracking of regulatory updates and implementation of relevant statutory amendments.

6. Timely filing of forms/returns, and registering any document by and on behalf of the company.

7. Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books, and registers.

8. Compliance with respect to issue and transfer of securities. Assist in preparing Annual Return documents, Board's Report, etc.

9. Issuance of listed/unlisted NCDs including pre and post-listing compliances.

10. Regulatory correspondence, drafting letters to regulators on a requirement basis, if any.

11. Assist in preparing Annual Return documents, Board's Report, etc.

12. Handling of audits, diligence, and inspections. Drafting/ reviewing of standard legal agreements.

Skills :

1. You possess at least 0-2 years of working experience preferably in an NBFC or Fintech.

2. Candidates with working knowledge of RBI and SEBI regulations will be preferred.

3. Proficiency in Companies Act, 2013, RBI and SEBI regulations. Basic MS Office skills.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
