- Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Associate to join our Investment Banking team.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment banking products, excellent client interaction skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. If you have a passion for the financial services industry and thrive in a client-facing role, we want to hear from you.

- Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

- Actively engage with clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs, and recommend suitable investment banking products and services.

- Collaborate with investment bankers and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, value-added services, and innovative solutions.

- Monitor client portfolios and investment performance, conducting regular reviews and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and correspondence in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting clients' investment strategies and financial goals. Participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to network, promote the firm's services, and identify new business opportunities.

- Requirements: Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.

- 5 - 8 years of experience in client service or relationship management within the investment banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of investment banking products, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and advisory services.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in generating client reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting in-depth financial analysis and interpreting market data.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
