- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Around 40 years of age

- 15 years of relevant industry experience - at least last 10 years with an I.T product company

Job Description :

- Should have at least 5 years minimum work stint in each organisation worked for

- Should have worked with I.T organisations that are at least 1500 people strong

- Should have worked on Mergers and Acquisitions

- Responsible for the overall financial administration of the organisation, including general accounting, data processing, and financial reporting .

- Manage the overall financial and general accounting operations in accordance with organisation's policies, procedures and guidelines.

- Provide analysis of income, expenditures, and capital asset values with comparison to previous periods.

- Budget

- Fixed Assets Management

- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll

- Team player
