Associate - Business Development - Recruitment Firm

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

1. Understanding the retail businesses for the geo, doing the need gap analysis, and mapping prospects.

2. Strategize and define territory planning in conjunction with respective Account Directors to ensure optimal approach (Account-based Marketing, high touch / low touch approaches)

3. Understanding the outcome behavior of various demand generation channels (Google Adwords, LinkedIn, et al) for the campaigns being run by the team and planning appropriate outreaches

4. Generate demand for the suite of offerings. Identify, qualify, and generate discussions in the defined territory (international market)

5. Prospecting with zeal - identify decision makers, timelines, hot buttons, and specific qualifications and engage them with personalized content and pitch

6. Effectively perform and manage all demand generation activities including inbound lead discussions and outbound outreaches (including personalized emails, calls LinkedIn emails)

7. Coordinating with the team to ensure the quality of discussions, gain feedback and maintain a healthy pipeline

8. Exposure to the best Martech stack in the world (6Sense - intent-based ABM platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SFDC, Marketo & Twilio)

9. Developing new business with existing clients via outbound calls and Email campaigns.

10. Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, International Sales, Upsell, Cross Sell, Account Manager, Key Account

11. Online Product Demonstration, Lead Generation

12. Cold Calling, Market Research, Client Relationship Management, Generating Leads
