Associate - Business Development - Executive Search Firm

Global Executive Search firm is looking to hire a smart, energetic, and self starter Business Development Associate to support the CEO. The role supports our Singapore based CEO and the primary responsibilities will include:

- Preparing marketing documents and campaigns, including powerpoints, short case studies, client mailers

- Assisting CEO in industry and client research

- Assisting the CEO in organizing meetings

- Researching and help identifying potential client pipeline

- Assist in commercial discussions and editing contracts

- Research for strategic initiatives including new market entry, go-to-market, and strategic investments

- Run digital marketing campaigns, content marketing

- Track business development pipeline on CRM, ensure quality output and adherence to SLAs with execution team

The right candidate will have a background in consulting, B2B sales, or marketing. Stellar academics, hunger to succeed, and humility are essential to succeed in this role.
