Associate - Business Analyst - Risk Management - BFSI

- To work closely with various risk functions like credit risk, market risk and operational risk in business execution and support global hub initiatives.

- Co-ordinate and track outstanding actions with internal and external teams and help in chasing actions to closure.

- To work closely with local and global finance teams and review Risk divisions financials, budget, projections etc.

- Manage monthly head count report, global and regional allocations and manage project & people mapping for the Global Risk division

- To maintain proper documentation of all the processes including for any regulatory assignments, audits, automation, training manuals, Statement of work etc.

- To work closely with senior management to develop business proposals and review/ prepare presentation materials for monthly senior management meetings.

Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in risk management experience and Cost management/Budgeting/Financial Planning and Analysis/FP&A (mandatory)
