Associate - Business Analyst - BFSI

Looking for candidates come with AFC/Compliance experience.

Responsibilities / Tasks :

- Demonstrate strong understanding of capital market products and related trade economics

- Understand the financial data standard and be able to drive requirements on the basis of it.

- Work with various stake holders to arrive at the current state system data flows

- Suggest the future state data flows to source the reference data

- Create Business requirement document covering all aspects of reference data sourcing

- End-to-End delivery of the reference data in the financial reporting landscape covering the source system analysis to final delivery of data in Financial reporting data warehouse

- Provide functional expertise in design of the ETL processes for onboarding of feeds to data warehouse

- Demonstrate sound understanding of capital market products (mainly loans and OTC) and be able to relate it to the data sourcing solutions

- Conduct walkthroughs to validate the Business requirement document and supporting artifacts with all the stakeholders

- Work with Technology team, Operations Teams, Architecture group and other work streams with in the program t obtain sign off on the business requirement document

- Capture defects raised during various BRD reviews and ensuring timely closure

- Create presentation and training packs in support of the designed process

- Perform analytical review of the Technical Design document relevant to the reference data sourcing

- Provide support to testing and the RTB teams in test execution and planning from data sourcing perspective.

Experience / Exposure

- Overall 6 - 9 years- experience primarily in finance and risk domain

- Strong experience in business and functional analysis

- Strong knowledge of data modeling and system data flows

- Excellent knowledge of capital market products

- Prior working knowledge in Reference data space will be added advantage

- Good understanding of ETL processes and tools

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

- Superior analytical skills

- Good understanding of project life cycle.

- Good knowledge of data warehouse architecture
