- Need Lawyer with experience in End to End Contract Management (Drafting, Reviewing, Negotiating etc), various agreements, support on implementation of various laws etc
- Should have handled - Contracts IT and Non-IT related contracts (software licensing, hardware procurement), Employment/Labour related contracts, Vendor Contracts, IPR, Trademarks etc.

Overview of the Legal Department :
- The legal department provides support both to the India businesses and globally as well. The support includes both Corporate as well as Transactional Legal.
- Such practise areas include, but are not limited to IT, HR, ESS and Facilities, litigation, employment law, corporate secretarial, bond issuances, syndicated lending mandates, margin financing transactions, M&A advisory mandates, ISDA master and other Industry Agreements and also drafts and negotiates prime brokerage agreements, P Note and Equity Linked Notes and Structured Confirmations.

Overview of the current position :
- The current role is that of an - Associate- within the India Corporate Legal team. The team currently comprises of about five qualified lawyers with a range of experiences spanning from 17 years to about 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- The support on a corporate legal basis is to be provided to Merchant Bank, NBFC, Primary Dealer and Information Technology registered entities.
- This support will be primarily based in the areas of providing advisory support to the businesses mentioned above as well as independently negotiating IT, Non-IT, market data, real estate related commercial contracts.
- The support could also include dealing with entity set up, contentious matters, governance, intercompany, intellectual property etc
