Hiring for one of the leading Investment banks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working on projects and performing champion and superuser role (coding)
2. Knowledge of creating automation using tools like Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau in order to automate manual activities
3. Defining the priority of issues/change (defects) for the respective projects
4. Liaising with different business teams & technology teams to support the automation
5. Build strong working relationships with Technology, Projects, and Operations to succeed in the delivery
6. Stakeholder engagement & management reporting - Provide regular status reporting to relevant business areas.
7. Maintain group mailbox, trackers and assist with MIS reporting
8. Assist training to junior colleagues where relevant
9. Develop domain expertise across all functions within the team by continuous up-skilling through in-person and online training

Qualifications/Demonstrate understanding:
1. Bachelor/Masters in Business and/or Economics.
2. At least 5-6 years experience in an operations role
3. Experience in using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Xceptor & VBA
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)
