Job Description :
The job role for a Associate / Assistant Manager in Transfer Pricing team includes :
- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timelines
- Assist clients with calculation of Transfer Pricing adjustments and help them comply with Transfer Pricing laws
- Identification of methodologies appropriate to solve Transfer Pricing issues
- Developing and managing territory specific models for resolving Transfer Pricing issues
- Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing reports
- Representing and handling assessments and appeals relating to Transfer Pricing. Experience of handling litigation relating to Transfer Pricing issues before various tax authorities
- Client relationship management and negotiations
- Coaching/ mentoring team members
- Participation in business development initiatives of the firm
