Associate/Assistant Manager - Taxation - CA

Direct Taxation (DT) and Transfer Pricing (TP):

- Demonstrate expertise in Direct Taxation laws and regulations.

- Execute transfer pricing analysis and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines.

- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of direct tax returns.

International Taxation:

- Handle overseas tax matters, leveraging experience and understanding of international tax regulations.

- Coordinate with consultants and in-house teams to address cross-border taxation issues.

Compliance Management:

- Ensure compliance with Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Indirect Tax (IDT) regulations in both Indian and overseas geographies.

- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 qualified or graduate professionals.

- Provide guidance on complex tax issues and foster a collaborative work environment
