Associate/Assistant Manager - Private Equity/M&A - Law Firm

Job Description:

As a Private Equity and M&A Associate/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of private equity investments and M&A deals. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities related to deal structuring, analysis, due diligence, and deal execution. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Private Equity:

Assisting in deal structuring and screening private equity investments.

Conducting thorough due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and risk assessment.

Collaborating with senior team members in deal structuring, negotiations, and contract drafting.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

- Assisting in the evaluation and analysis of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Conducting due diligence on target companies, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.

- Preparing detailed financial models and forecasts for use in transaction analysis.

- Assisting in the negotiation and execution of M&A deals, including contract drafting.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal completion.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant or a Lawyer.

Experience:

3-9 years in years of experience in private equity, M&A,
