Associate/Assistant Manager/Manager/Associate Director - Restructuring

Location Mumbai

Educational Qualifications:

CA or MBA or law (only from a premier institute) with a good academic background

Experience:

1. 1-8 years of relevant post qualification experience in, debt restructuring, debt syndication credit appraisal, cashflow monitoring, independent business reviews, rating agencies, equity analysis etc.

2. Relevant Experience in the following would be preferred:

- Compilation of information, analysis of data, preparation of financial model, deal structuring, information memorandum assistance in special situation fund raising

- Industry / company research as part of J

- Interaction with stakeholders - creditors, corporates, law firms

- Assist client in preparation and negotiation of Term-sheet and documentation

- Assist the team in conducting & taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface

Knowledge/Skills/ Personal attributes:

- Strong Financial Modeling & Analytical skills

- Drive and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and high commitment

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Candidates working with leading consulting firms, Investment banks and stressed asset management department of large banks will be preferred

- Knowledge of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and various debt resolution schemes, laws, regulations and processes is a plus

- Technical skills - Usage of databases like Bloomberg, Capitaline, Prowess
