Associate/Analyst - Financial Modelling/Financial Analysis - Real Estate Sector

Hands on experience in Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis

Execution of Consulting and Valuation Assignments, and relationship management

- Building financial models, including projecting cash flows using Discounted cash flow method

- Preparing proposals based on RFP / other client requirements and bid / tender preparation and submission to government bodies

- Performing sectoral analysis using various frameworks, economic projections, market analysis and demand supply assessment, primary and secondary research and, preparing reports

- Types of Assets evaluated for commercial viability: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Warehousing, Hotels and Clubs

Preferably candidates who has handled Real estate sector
