Associate - Admin & Facilities
- Branch Administration : Manage day to day work of office through better upkeep of resources; or customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, timely resolution of employee queries to achieve improved efficiency levels and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Operational Control : Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Interdepartmental Coordination : Liaising with other departments, where applicable, to ensure smooth running of all the operations
- Daily Maintenance work : Oversee Electromechanical, plumbing, A/C, Fire Fighting system, Carpenter, Painting, Masonry and other activities related to upkeep of facilities
- Vendor Coordination : Maintain all AMC details and vendor details (contact Person, contact numbers etc.) Follow up AMC schedule with vendors
