Associate Account Director - Communications Agency

Job Description:

Incumbent should have minimum 7 years experience of which at least 3 years of experience should be independently managing large client relationships, preferably in a communications agency.

Understanding of digital medium is certainly an added advantage. Should have experience of managing teams.

Should be an effective communicator, good at relationship management and a leader who is able to motivate and guide a team.

Should take ownership for deliverables for a certain number of key client accounts.

Incumbent will be assisted by a team of managers and executives.

Incumbent should have the ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their communication needs and objectives, put a plan in place with the help of brand planners and finally ensure successful execution with the help of account managers.
