Preferred Industry : Architectural Hardware Manufacturing Companies, Glass Manufacturing and Plywood manufacturing companies
Experience : Min 13 Years (Project sales )

Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for growth in value and product mix of the allocated region
- Responsible for ensuring the profitability of, Project & Realty Sales
- To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and retail trade partners and negotiate as per Company norms terms.
- Ensure Product merchandising.
- Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners
- To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to management
- To implement Scheme, Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc in dealer point.
- Handling a Team (Managerial position) for market coverage execution & providing direction, motivation & training for the team for ensuring optimum performance.
Required Skills :
- Should have good conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage moderate/large team size.
- Must have excellent man management and leadership skills.
- The candidate should have good negotiating and presentation skills.
- Must be strong in both oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Planning & Management Skills
