Responsibilities / KRA :

- Managing team of 25+ people, Resource planning, implementing & monitoring work

- Handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to finance and accounts including taxation (compliance/optimization/assessments) and accounts payable/receivable. Adherence to statutory compliances

- Formulating Budgeting and Fund Planning, MIS, Costing and handling all the activities relating to payable & receivables, Auditing, Taxation, Commercial Functions, Monthly and Quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

- Overseeing Accounting operations and regular liaising with banks and other financial institutions. Dealing with authorities, Internal Controls, Variance Analysis, Forecasting, Statutory and tax audits

- Conceptualizing & implementing accounting policies/ principles and tracking systems for various functional areas while ensuring financial internal controls are in place & adhered; Monitoring all statutory accounts and their payments in due time

- Handling Verification of payments for supporting, approvals, budgets, policy adherence etc. Control over expense booking and payments and maintaining turnaround time

- Handling the Investment income accounting, reconciliations. Monthly provisioning of all expenses

- Monthly closing review of trial balance, inter branch / inter-entity accounts, cost sharing etc.

- Assisting Management team in finalization of all audits, preparation of balance sheet, p& l, cash flow statements, all audit schedules, reconciliations etc.

- Sound IT Skills and Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Non-Verbal)

Required Skill set : (Must have prior knowledge)

- Finalization & Consolidation of Company Accounts

- Liaisioning with Auditors

- Budget forecasting, Cash Flow Statement, Fund Flow Statement

- Finalization of Accounts and Audit Reports

- Constant review of Cost, Revenue, Assets and Liabilities

- Review & streamline the current process of the business considering the risk assessment

- Development of new methods & process improvements for higher productivity, identify gaps & loopholes in the system

- Prior experience in UK (United Kingdom) Accounting is preferable

- Liaising with UK Clients by mail and over phone for various accounting business

Salary : Not a constraint

Age Limit : Between 30 to 45 Yrs.

Years of Experience : 5+ years

Educational Qualification : M.Com/ CA/ CS/ ACCA

Location : Mira Road

Working days : Monday to Friday

Work timing: 10am to 7.15pm
