Designation : AVP

Job Description : 

1. Ensure that Team customer acquisition and cross sell targets are met.

2. Ensure the branch is suitably manned and a culture of service and sales is developed.

3. Continuously track and review performance of all the RMs reporting to him.

4. Make sure he meets the top 25 customers (DPG) of the branch in a month without fail.

5. To go on all joint client visits with the relationship managers.

6. Ensure adequate percentage of Active Clients.

7. Mentor the relationship managers especially those falling in E category.

8.Track competition and communicate to VPs / broking head / HO and suggest ideas for business growth.
