- Devise the IT strategy and infrastructure planning for the organisation while working alongside senior leadership and vendors/ retailers with prime focus on digital transformations

Description

- Building an organisation level IT strategy and digital road map in line with achieving business goals

- Seamless communication, coordination, and management of internal (senior leadership) & external (vendors & retailers) stakeholders as well as fluency with latest technology trends & practices and their implementations

- Robust project management and delivery

- Envisioning and executing practices to ensure maximum utilisation of new age technologies in a cost efficient manner

Profile

- 13-18 years of experience in IT, having handled and lead operations and strategy across Retail/ FMCG/ Media. Facility Management domains is a must

- Hands-on experience in data analytics, forecasting and use of AI tools which will increase customer touch points such as customer movement, loyalty, parking, mall apps, etc. as well as maintain and protect internal data

- Prior experience in implementation of outsourced programs such as Yardi, ADSR, Automatic counting machines is preferred

- Strong tactical and analytical skills for identifying new opportunities/ challenges and implementing cost optimised solutions

- Very well versed with AI, ML, Devops, Data Analytics, Forecasting and other new age trends and practices along with how to implement them
