Requirements :

Domain : BFSI

- Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects

- Strong people manager and broad experience in managing large teams of different work streams

- Good stakeholder management experience, especially impact-full communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization

- Ensures the baseline scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as outlined in Business Transformation Frameworks.

- Understanding of Business Transformation, methodologies and best practice techniques.
