Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Portfolio Management - Stressed Asset Group - Bank

Job Description:

1. To become a corporate relationship manager for Distressed Asset Funds (both global and domestic), ARCs and provide comprehensive banking solutions /services to clients and their investee companies.

2. Handling clients and offering a complete suite of commercial banking and investment banking solutions.

3. Advising companies in a turnaround situation with respect to liquidity concerns, undertaking viability study, develop sustainable business plans and getting involved in the rehabilitation package.

4. Management of stressed assets involving interaction with top management of the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to terms, site visits to business.

5. Design and implement suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitoring of allocated portfolio, regular review of operational and financial performance, monthly cash flows, tracking performance of various industries which have a bearing on the respective assets etc.

6. Closely monitoring exposures to enable proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials and security documentation and current status.

7. Arrange for fresh financing in stressed and special situation assets with an objective to provide overall resolution, which involves business analysis, study of company's potential & industry risk & prospects, business and financial engineering, etc. direct interaction with Promoters, investors.
