Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Land Acquisition - Power Plants

Job Description:

- Land acquisition for Power Plants

- Liaisoning and Coordination with State Government authorities, Forest, pollution Control Board

- Understand the state rules for Land acquisition

- Survey of land, due diligence and Sales deed process

- Land inspection and document procurement and verification

- Land identification of govt /private and assigned lands

- Understanding of Solar park and Non Solar park regulations

- Negotiations with land owners

- Arrange for all land related approvals

- Arrange for all approvals related to the setting up and operation of Solar projects

- Academic Qualifications: BE/B.Tech Preferably but MBA shall also works

- Experience Min 15-24 years of experience
