Key Responsibility Areas : - Managing and participating in due diligence engagements which are small to medium in nature - To conduct Financial due diligence for all the startup investments - To create financial risk report as part of the financial due diligence - To create financial systems and processes for each of the startup investments - To create financial reporting processes for each of the startup investments - To create automate budget planning and tracking through automation tools - To create financial model for each startup in conjunction with founders - To organise and conduct monthly financial reviews with startup investments - To manage all finance ops - cash flow, creditors, debtors, P&amp;L and compliance- s - To manage regular financial audit and auditors for all startup investments - To hire the right team for financial ops for each startup - To set up and manage accounting system - To be updated and ensure all compliance are done in timely manner - To handle treasury operations of all companies. - Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records - Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information - Assisting in identifying issues for deal restructuring or deal termination - Assisting in identifying pre/post-acquisition issues - Helping in preparing reports and schedules - Previous experience conducting due diligence, risk, or compliance research Desired Skills: - Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA Finance with 4-8 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence. - At least 3 years of relevant external audit experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience or experience in financial planning and analysis, and statutory accounting - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Rigorous attention to detail - Ability to work in fast-paced and self-driven environment - Ability to manage and prioritize several projects and assignments simultaneously This is an early stage bootstrap startup.
