Role - 1) Digital marketing function and accountable for digital branding and performance marketing. 2) Manage digital marketing spend and relationship with marketing agencies and other business partners. 3) Managing all digital marketing channels for promotion for campaigns. 4) Working on building social media strategy of the company by establishing presence on social media platforms. 5) Create digital dashboard which includes the analytics, measurement of opportunities, competition benchmarking and performance review of success metrics. 6) Work on driving online traffic and build online sales funnel. 7) Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. 8) Responsible for digital marketing initiatives for the company including SEO, building digital, marketing media plan, online brand building. 9) Strategies for digital roadmap and ensures implementation of the same. 10) Digital brand activation - Social media contests etc. 11) Actively working on content marketing plan to revamp blog/forum in order to boost brand awareness, increase readership etc. 12) Search Engine marketing / Display marketing on desktop/Mobile leveraging various digital advertising platforms. 13) Business Development using Digital Platforms/Online. (a) Drive engagement with customers via (Call Centre) to onboard, activate, participate and generate revenue. (b) Client Onboarding, Client Activation, Client Cross Sell via Call Center, Activation Desk, Social Media / Email Marketing and Telecallers. (c) Drive Traffic to website and other actionable sections to acquire or cross sell clients via Blogs / Referrals PLUS Manage Negatives dynamically via direct teams or Customer Connect (d) Generate Leads for Retail Broking Teams, PMS division and other products and services.
