AVP/VP - Business Accounting Purpose of the Job / Key Skills : Account Receivable, New Product Accounting, Reconciliation, control Function, Cross Function Team Coordination KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Overseeing the entire Account Receivable Function 2. Interest Income Accruals 3. EIR Reporting 4. Portfolio Movement 5. Discussion with Business and CFT team for New Products and Automation 6. Working on Improving Current Process 7. New Product Account Mapping, Process Flow documentation, system setup (FinnOne) 8. Development of Reports 9. Coordination with User team for Technical Enhancement and Automation 10. Handling Internal Audit queries and coordination with internal team 11. Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Half-yearly/ Financial statements as per IND AS 12. Handling Statutory Audit, Internal audit. 13. Reviewing accounting records, analyzing the data for specific reports, creating required reports for the upper management. 14. Collecting and analyzing financial data, making sure all reports comply with IND AS 15. Preparation of MIS reports 16. Assist in RBI report / other compliance Report Preparation 17. Review on RBI Reporting guidelines and work for automation of the reports 18. Require interaction with Cross functional teams and good interpersonal skills. 19. Exposure to Monthly closure of Accounts 20. Reporting regulations and guidelines and preparing internal reports as and when needed. 21. Power Point Presentation EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : 1. CA with minimum 10-15 years of experience in similar Role. 2. Experience in Finance /Banking Industry is a must, Loan Management System (LMS) experience is essential 3. Preference will be given to candidates from NBFC /Banking Background 4. Willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment. 5. Ability to learn quickly and be proactive. 6. Ability to perform and work well under pressure, good analytical & troubleshooting skills. 7. Must possess strong English communication skills - verbal and written. 8. Power Point Presentation
