- Identifying procurement needs.

- Developing budgets and raising procurement sources.

- Proposing strategies for cost effective purchase.

- Developing a reliable supplier base;

- Leading complete Vendor Development and sourcing activities.

- Local Vendor Development for Commodities.

- Supplier selection.

- RFP & RFQ floating.

- Negotiation and finalization.

- Document agreements in contract templates and prices in IT systems, archive relevant awarding documents in the document management system.
