Job summary:

The incumbent would be responsible for establishing, leading and executing assigned continuous process improvement initiatives across the site location while managing a small team of dedicated resources and acting as a liaison between operational, product, and technical teams to identify, analyze and translate business needs into high quality

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Transformation / Process Improvement experts to identify, scope, and deliver process improvement projects using six sigma, lean, VSMs, process mapping, and other established methodologies across operations and support functions at the site

- Work with Team to identify potential opportunities in US operations; leading and/or participating in global project teams as necessary

- Create and run an effective Program Management Strategy/Governance for all initiatives and Transformation projects

- Ensure initiatives are delivering expected business value by driving socialization and change management with site, operations, and administrative leadership

- Keep initiatives aligned with Berkadia's overall transformation strategy and roadmap

- Build quality culture and DNA through conducting training, project reviews and certifications at all levels of the organization (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt)

- Assist with establishing business cases and ROIs, consulting with the business to propose recommendations for senior management approval.

- Coach site, operational, and administrative leadership on the effective use of dashboards, metrics, and KPIs

- Contributes in strategic meetings to review, evaluate, and/or propose new business opportunities through the implementation/enhancement of operational and/or technical solutions, which are intended to improve customer relationships and operating efficiencies while reducing costs.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the Transformation function, strategizing and leading all process improvement initiatives and ensuring that all functional deliverables to internal and external customers are met.Drive ideation and innovation programs and platforms in conjunction with Product organization

Experience and Qualifications

- Must be a graduate; post-graduate will be an added advantage

- Should have an overall experience of 15 years with 10+ years in Quality/Transformation role in an MNC / IT / BPO organization

- Should have a Black Belt and/or Project Management certification from a premier certification agency/company

- Prior experience in driving transformation/improvement projects through automation, RPA, AI, ML etc. would be an added advantage.

- Should have directly handled and led end to end cross-functional Transformation projects with global client interfacing experience

- Should have experience of setting up / managing Quality / Transformation / Process Enhancement function.

- Demonstrated ability to independently lead efforts/projects on a global large scale level with a focus on process reengineering and process efficiency

- Previous experience in meeting tight deadlines while producing quality work and process reengineering /standardization

- Familiarity with agile and scrum development framework is an added advantage

Skills and competencies

- Should possess advanced knowledge, skills and experience with utilizing Six Sigma / DMAIC / BPMS / LSS and related techniques to define improvement opportunities

- Well-developed communication skills (influencing, negotiation, facilitation, and partnering skills) and ability to present, argue or defend a posture regarding a decision or project.

- Comfortable presenting in front of and challenging senior site level leadership as well as US based executives

- Strong analytical skills preferred; i.e. advanced level data analysis, value stream mapping, capacity analysis, and root cause analysis

- Should possess very strong facilitation skills and experience in facilitating sessions involving top leadership teams.

- Experience in training, facilitating, and coaching.

- Ability to ask questions and strongly represent a point of view

- Strong executive presence

- Advanced presentation skills

- Strategic thinker and result-oriented

- Should be flexible and team-oriented and have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environment

- Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office
