We have an opportunity with one of the Big-4 Consulting firm.

Position : Assistant Vice President - Transaction Support

Location : Delhi/NCR

Minimum Experience : 6 years - 9 years

Qualification : Qualified CA with a 6-9 years of relevant post qualification work experience

As a Transaction Support Manager you'll be right at the heart of the action. You'll work with many of the world's largest organizations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals. You'll be advising our clients throughout the diligence lifecycle on key drivers to increase value and reduce the risks and uncertainty inherent in transactions.

Skills and attributes for success :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Due diligence experience as part of M&A team in industry

- Been a part of the audit and assurance practice.

- Deep sector experience in Banks and NBFCs with accounting, audit / assurance experience.

- Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company.

- Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them.
