Assistant Vice President - Training - Mutual Funds

AVP-Training(Mutual funds)

- Will be responsible for the training and professional development. Create training programs that are aligned with the company's objectives.

- Develop L&D Modules on domain, skill development and behavioral topics. Stakeholder management, Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs

- Delivering training programs both in classroom and online platforms. Maintain the training MIS, training calendar and tracking of participants. Evaluate and measure results of all completed training

- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Fund and Financial Industry is required. Ability to design and implement effective training and development modules

- Strong presentation skills. Must have knowledge about mutual fund industry
