Skill set :

- Able to manage vendors across multiple for the site / businesses in cost-effective ways.

- Capability to manage multi site / business technical training budgets for the site / business.

- Can inspirational lead a large team functionally and engender positive relations and respect.

- Able to navigate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders while demonstrating independent and objective thinking around issues.

Knowledge :

- Strong product and industry knowledge with 8-12 years of relevant experience in Investment banking and training domain.

- Strong people management and stakeholder management experience.

- Proven track record in defining, driving and delivering a people focused technical training strategy and plan.

- Experience in building effective technical capability for the site / businesses.

- Experience in working in a complex matrix driven organisation and demonstrable ability to navigate and influence a diverse set of senior stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The core responsibility will be to assess and cater to the training needs of employees across different businesses and operational areas across the Group.

- To act as the primary learning consultant for the assigned business and have overall responsibility for, development initiatives across multiple business locations.

- Collaborate with business SMEs/ SPOCs and stakeholders to streamline and govern Business On the Job training ( Process /System training by Process SMEs) across all business locations.

- Successful launch of business specific curriculum across sites approved by the businesses
