Job Description : Training & Development (T&D) Specialist

Reporting to : DVP People Management

Job Purpose :


- Training & Development Specialist is responsible to help plan, conduct and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.

Education : MBA HRM

Experience : 

- 8-10 years in Training and Development with specific experience in setting up e-learning platform.

- Knowledge of MFI and MSME lending; Knowledge of different styles/modes of delivery; Knowledge of designing and developing SCORM compliant e-learning;

- Conversant with latest assessment/training techniques and methodologies

Role Responsibilities :

- Interactive & info graphical content development

- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules (SCORM compliant), and course materials

- Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials

- Develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning

Conducting, administering different training programs :
 
- Design and deliver training programs in alignment with both - organisational goals and individual learning needs (current and future) using a variety of instructional techniques

- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective

- Select and assign instructors/ resource persons or vendors to conduct training

- Coordinating with the operation team to facilitate regional training

- Developing IDPs for employees for professional development

Planning & budgeting :

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with line managers/ supervisors

- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment

- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures

Promoting E-learning :

- Create/Revise e-learning using appropriate software

- Upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system

- Integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning

- Closely monitor & manage the LMS
