Assistant Vice President - Telesales - Inside Sales Process - Contact Centre (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary:

The role is a P&L responsibility involving supplier acquisition - via inside sales model - by prospecting new potential customers, while ensuring that all signed contracts ensure a sufficient Return of Investment for the company.

Job Description:

1. Handling overall P&L of inside sales centres across multiple partners (with managed services)

2. Managing a team size of 300-350 agents, with related support structure, to maximise productivity

3. Responsible for hiring and attrition across centres to ensure meeting budget targets on both KPIs

4. Implements & reviews policies & operating structure of the centres

5. Analyses operations of the contact centre and oversees any efficiency improvements

6. Does needful cross-departmental connects for different sub-processes to smooth out routine tasks, and minimise refunds

7. Automation and re-engineering to help gain efficiency

Knowledge and Skills :

1. Strong analytics skills, with detail-oriented approach

2. Skills to manage large teams

3. Learning with respect to sales funnels shall be helpful

Experience: 03-8 of sales experience of managing mid-large team sizes. Inside sales experience shall be helpful

Qualifications: Graduate +MBA or equivalent from any of the top tier colleges would be preferred
