Assistant Vice President - Telesales - Call Centre (10-12 yrs)

Call Centre Sales : 

- Develop the yearly Sales plan and provide regular progress updates to department head and senior management

- Provide guidance /support to both Floor Head and Team Leaders

- Ensure seamless interfacing between Sales and other departments (sales channels)

- Continuously identify selling opportunities & manage call centre R&R

- Manage and anchor call centre business P&L

B) Performance Management : 

- Campaign level lead and funnel management

- Lead funnel metric delivery as per company/channel specific benchmarks

- Review the sales performance of agents/teams/campaigns, on a daily basis

- Hold regular meetings with floor managers and team leaders to review the progress against the plan

- Track the execution of the crucial action points and escalate the main operational impediments to senior management

- Ensure that the floor head, team leaders and the agents are adhering to the company rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, mission and vision.

- Develop compensation schemes for telesales agents (e.g. trade promotions)

C) Support:
 
- Ensure that all Telesales agents are getting sufficient training on products knowledge, selling techniques, soft skills and systems

- Manage conflicts that might arise in the overall operations of the telesales call center

D) Quality & Regulatory adherence : 

- Ensure complete adherence on regulatory and compliance mandates
