Urgent Requirement for a Leading Credit Card company for AVP Telemarketing role based at Gurgaon location:

Company : Established in the year 1997. It offers an extensive range of credit cards catering to the needs of diverse customer segments which includes lifestyle cards, Travel cards, Shopping cards, Classic cards, Exclusive co-branded cards and Corporate cards.

Role : AVP-Telemarketing

Location : Gurgaon

Job Role :

- Deliver on planned sales volume & penetration for all S2S cross-sell, Insurance, Card Upgrades, Easy Bill Pay & Other Products sold by Telesales for Marketing Function.

- Responsible for maintaining critical sales & quality metrics for all processes i.e. Penetration %, Cancellation/Attrition %, Complaint %, Auto Renewal % and any other metrics defined.

Vendor Management : Responsible for Vendor onboarding, driving them toward planned goals, ensuring all necessary compliance norms/requirements gets complied with, all agreed SLAs are being adhered, Periodic reviews & continuous engagement.

Cost Management : Ensure all cost/expenses for the channel are within budget/plan.

- Ensure all quality parameters related to telesales mandated by regulator and organization are being complied with. All necessary tracking, reporting & actions for same is being done.

Manage the team of "Manager - Tele Sales" & Drive them towards the achievement of laid out goals & objectives.
