Assistant Vice President - Technical Initiatives - BFSI

AVP Opening with world's largest financial Banking Organization

Experience : 13-18 Years

Responsibilities :

- Will be managing multiple teams (currently 3 ), concurrently running multiple technical initiatives within each team

- Ownership of Team and Organizational processes

- Stakeholder communications - Line of Business, Technology partners globally

- Provide Technology, Business Functional Leadership

- Collaborate with Product Owners and chart out Team Roadmap / Program Iterations for Team's Agile Sprint runs

Functional :

- Should understand Trade structure and life cycle of Money Market, Fixed Income, FX, IR Derivatives instruments, having work experience in a FO environment

- Desirable that incumbent is able to address gaps in functional understanding of the team.

- Must have a decent level of understanding of cash-flow generation, deal pricing, instrument modelling etc.

Desirable :

- Lead from front & should be able to come up with Design proposals in a heterogeneous complex system environment and communicate the same to stakeholders, suggest Technical course correction to team members.

- Desirable to have prior experience of working in a grid computing environment or have experience of dealing with parallel programming libraries

- Will be good to have working experience of Object Oriented db.

Interpersonal / Communication :

- A good part of role & responsibility for this position includes having regular communication with various stakeholders - providing visibility on team's work status / direction, holding discussions on team's future roadmap / program iterations with senior management.

Preferred Experience : 13+ Years

Education Qualification : BE or above

Shift Timings : 9 am to 6 pm
