Role and Requirements :
- Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing planning to offer / on-board
- Sourcing candidates through different channels such as Job boards, passive candidate sourcing, company mapping, networking, employee referrals and Vendors
- Conducting sourcing workshops with business leads for niche and critical demands
- Channel Mix: Ensuring an optimal utilization of sourcing mix by focusing on Media sourcing, ER and agencies
- Responsible for driving gender diversity agenda
- Evaluation of vendors for empanelment and coordinating with them for sourcing needs
- Coming up with innovative ideas on sourcing channel mix and vendor management
Functional Competency :
- Talent sourcing experience into Financial Services / IT / Technology
- Exposure to various channels of sourcing and driving diversity agenda is a must
- Hands on with stakeholder management
- Critical thinking ability to support business related decisions, ability to challenge status quo and drive progressive change improvement
