Job Description :
My Client is looking for a very dynamic recruiter who could lead sales hiring for the organisation at PAN India level
- Developing new and innovative methods to attract the best talent
- Review the recruitment process for the organisation and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact
- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilise the insights for process enhancements
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organisation and create a strong succession planning pool
- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimise recruitment costs
- Should have handled end to end recruitment process along with strong team management skills across all functional teams
- Must have the experience of working with multiple stakeholders, matrix organisation and a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is mandatory
- Post graduate from a premier school is a must
- Should be a problem solver, seen global stakeholder management and come with excellent technology knowledge
