Assistant Vice President - Structured Finance - Financial Group

Looking for AVP/VP Structured Finance for a large Financial Group based in Mumbai. Kindly

Job Profile :

- Managing a portfolio of existing corporate clients and advising them on funding strategies, choice between various products ensuring maximum ROI

- Responsible for structuring, obtaining credit approvals and implementation of financial solutions for a portfolio of clients

- Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for them including structured finance, project finance, off-balance sheet finance, acquisition financing etc.

- Cross-selling products of the NBFC including - Debt capital market solutions, Syndications, corporate advisory and investment banking

- Monitoring the performance of the account client (financial performance etc.) on a regular basis
