Our client is a leading financial institution hiring for AVP and VP : Stress Testing Job responsibilities : - Engage in running stress testing processes by understanding, challenging and translating Group requirements into business unit level actions and driving their delivery. - This includes delivery of internal stress tests as well as external regulatory stress test for PRA and EBA - Responsible for ensuring robust, accurate and complete submission of applicable regulatory templates (i.e. PRA stress test and EBA stress test) - Preparation of consolidated review materials for senior management and presenting them at senior forums - Be an effective team player with excellent communication skills and have a reputation for integrity, which can evoke rapid trust and confidence in clients, colleagues and their team. - Logical and thoughtful approach to work and the ability to multi-task/work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. - Expectation to provide thought leadership to the ongoing development and enhancement of stress testing capabilities What we're looking for : - Experience of stress testing exercises and continuous process improvement programs. - Extensive experience in executing upon regulatory requirements and establishing positive engagement with regulators. - Experience of Risk, Finance and Treasury processes and control requirements
