We are hiring AVP- Strategy for one of the leading banks_Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates who are working with Banks/NBFC's in CMS sales role and would be interested in moving to a strategy role.

-This role entails working with the top leadership of the bank on confidential, strategic projects.

- Conceptualizing, planning and implementing mid-term and long-term strategy for the Transaction Banking Group, including resource planning, performance tracking mechanisms, marketing strategy, performance management through KPI's.

- Reviewing Business Productivity Framework, simplifying processes and documentation flow, streamlining sales management processes.

- Tracking and researching Digital Banking and Fintech trends and innovations for the transaction banking group, implementing innovative technology for procedural improvements.

- Reporting and analysing product data, reporting the data to senior and top management
