Job Role:
To plan, execute and control Sales and Marketing operations of Polyester Yarn in and outside India to achieve budgeted sales and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of Polyester Yarn as per Budgeted Volumes and Availability to utilize the facilities to maximum capacity
- Planning and executing Sales
- Reviewing customer wise performance
- Developing Export market for various products
- To identify and develop new customers for existing products in both domestic and international markets to ensure business targets are met
- Identify customers in various geographies
- Contact customers for assessment of customer requirements of quality, quantity, delivery and also existing supplier capabilities
- Finalize way forward for approvals
- Commercialize sales by negotiating and finalizing prices and terms of supply
- New and Value-added product sales in PIY
- Setting NP & VAP goals
- Providing resources extends assistance/guidance and motivation
- Review progress and takes effective countermeasure for Customer approval/FTRA and commercialization
- Maximizing Margins
- Analyzing raw material movement
- Tracking import prices of each customer and book the orders to maximize margins.
- Maintaining relationships with the customers so as to maximize sales
- Receivable Management
- Customer wise Credit limit fixation
- Ensuring minimal over dues
- Taking or suggesting corrective actions so as to minimize over dues
- New Product Development
- Identifying potential customers of Premium products.
- Initiating of product approval process with new customer
- Commercialization of new products
