From IIT / BITS / NIT & PGDM / MBA in Marketing From Tier 1 Colleges only.   Salary Offered : 12 LPA   Job Responsibilities :   A) Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executive leaders including assistant vice presidents and managers.   B) Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or their area of responsibility.   C) Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans.   D) Forming, staffing, guiding, leading, and managing an organization sufficient to accomplish the vice president's responsibilities and job requirements.   E) Overseeing the complete marketing and sales of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.   F) Evaluating the success of the organization.   G) Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.   H) Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the directors or the CEO.   I) Generating integrated tie-ups for Co. Taking care of overall city academic planning and execution.   J) Taking care of overall marketing and sales activities of Mumbai region. It involves ATL, BTL, media planning, seminars etc.   K) Conducting / Arranging / Managing Seminars at various location to increase visibility and awareness about programs run by Co.  Working Schedule : Working days: Monday to Saturday.   Work Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
