Assistant Vice President - Sales & Marketing The job description interalia shall be : 1. To formulate strategy to sell plots and flats at various locations at highest price which shall include local advertising, broker activity, interaction with the project team for upliftment of the projects, launching of various schemes for existing and new customers, creation of data book for tele-calling etc, preparation and finalization of publicity material, visuals, study of market for finalization of rates etc. 2. Interaction with the existing customers for collection against sold inventory. 3. Interaction with the Projects, accounts teams for resolution of issues of the customers. - This role would be on-rolls of Asset Reconstruction Company. Candidate is responsible for sales & marketing of inventory or plots or flats of Real estate companies in NCR. - ARC does acquisition of non-performing and distressed assets.
