Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as defined by sales goals & objectives.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline & be an individual contributor in addition to building/managing the sales team.
- Articulate and effectively communicate clients' value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level leadership.
- Day-to-day management of existing accounts to expand the Client's footprint.
- Lead efforts to up-sell Client's Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.
- Be responsible for the preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiate and close deals promptly keeping quarterly targets in mind.
- Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build excellent relationships with partner communities to identify opportunities and expand the pipeline.
- Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of prior sales experience in the software services industry.
- Prior experience in selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, and Enterprise Portal.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota every quarter.
- Extremely good time management skills.
- Ability to overcome hurdles to advance the sales cycle for timely closure.
- Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
